the way I see it:
don't play tournament anymore
play games that don't allow ramping and the fields that do allow it required PSP ramping which has dropped to 13.33 BPS now... even a shoebox shocker with a revi can do that, and comfertably.

I'd rather have a $300 mini, with a $200 barrel set, $100 board, and another $100 in bolt, detends, feednecks, and grips that is easliy lighter, just as fast and even more effecient than a ego that costs twice as much ;)

but I still want one :D

yeah. psp ramping is retarded now. it kinda sucks... but i dont play tournament so i guess it doesnt effect me... yet...

Minis shoot like crap on a stick just my opinion. I like the way they feel and how loud they are for such a small gun but they suck.
I don't just want a Ego because of speed I like the way they look and sound as well as a gun that you never rely need to upgrade.
From what I understand there not retarded and finicky and they have a comfortable feel to the way they shoot.

hmm... I own a mini - shoots better than the angels, cockers, shockers, mags and various other markers that I've owned - I know Egos are high end and Minis are not (thus the price tag) but any gun maker that sells blems for half price IMO is just making money off a name and not a product.

EDIT: oh and people do upgrade egos ;) hence the wide variety of rams, boards, bolts, feednecks, grips, barrels, and other bits made for 'em ;)

wasn't trying to knock egos - just so you know as I said I'd still want to own one, and it'd probably be used a lot

second EDIT: oh yea... and I dunno maybe you shot a mini that hadn't been broken in yet, but egos are notorious for being loud - so why would you think a mini is loud?
