That whole "urban running" thing is psychotic as f***. I have seen plenty of vids of people f******* themselves up BIG time doing this s***. Kids, stay safe, and just keep shooting at each other.

If you're into parkour check out Luke Benson's film "District B-13"
You might remember Luke Benson as the director of "The Filth Element"
The film was coriographed by he self proclaimed 'inventor' of 'true parkour' as opposed to what you see in the scion comercials and crap.

I did all sorts of free walking this summer. if anyone wants to get in shape and spiff up their agility and stamina let me know. I know alot of good exercises. you have to be a good runner though cuz it is illegal in our town. ..... good times!

trespassing is illegal... that's the only thing you need to worry about - and trespassing is illegal anywhere.

I do a whole lot of UrbEx (if anyone knows what that is, you are my hero)
so I know about getting out of trespasser situations easliy :)

problem is that there are very few places here that make for fun parkour - if you just wanna hop over walls... go jump hurdels at N.U.
