My old lady and I do photo emulsion and silk screening.

Any image you want would have to be high contrast (ie White ink on Black material or vice versa, no multi-colored runs because we don't have a bench set up))

We have all the ink and screens, just need shirts, hoodies, and images.

Whaddya think?

Guess not. I could slap together a couple images, but I'm not a part of the team, so I would prefer that you guys came up with some sick ass logos or something. I can print pro quality T-shirts, hoodies, banners, etc for simply the cost of the garments (or materials in case of a banner)

Is there a limit to the types of materials you can screen?

I've got 3 custom made one of a kind jerseys I'd like a couple of our sponsor logos on - I was thinking of having iron ons made but the screen printing may do well. The jerseys are made from an under-armor type material called "evapor8"

Pretty much the only limiter as to what fabrics you can use is wether or not the material can withstand the heat of an iron. Textile inks have to be ironed to be "finalized" (ie: last through a machine wash).

I could bring out a small sample of several different colors for you if would like to test inconspicuous areas of the garment. That is what I would suggest. Just a very small dab, let it air dry, then put a piece of wax paper over it and iron it.

If you need more info than this...

we got a bunch of head thinges that needs to be printed on. i am thinking just some text. fabric is ironable. may need to do a outline though to getteh text to sepperate from the marpat. can you print on ink?

Yes. I can print on ink.

And also, an outline would be easy. Any color that would stand out on the marpat, filled in by whatever color you want. I suggest White for an outline, but as we all know...Whitey is the devil, especially in paintball.

...Whitey is the devil, especially in woodsball.

fixed.

also, yes the jersey material is ironable - it's just as durable as any other under armor material (one which the UA logo is screen printed) but I know there are different ways to do it as I did quite a bit of it (not with fabrics however) at a graphics company I worked for

so let's get together and work out some pricing - pretty much just need one logo, as the other two companies are providing thier own iron-on logos for us to use

I have all of the materials already, so there would be no real expense involved, except for building the frame and stretching the screen across it. So I'm not worried about getting paid for any of it.

Hopefully I'll be out at the airport this Sunday and we can talk about it in detail.

I'm finding it harder to come up with excuses to come out on Sundays anymore... maybe at a GM night or something
