OK, many of you signed up, great - awesome in fact
however, a bunch of you have found yourselvs at war for whatever reason.
Either you've been careless, not diplomatic or just attacked by other new nations trying to see what it's like
that latter I can accept.
however, I can't offer aid to nations at war because of their carelessness.
the 1$ is still up for grabs, as no one has yet to prove themselvs worthy... I'm not interested in wasting THAT much money on someone that's just going to blow it all on soldiers, tanks, and missiles.
