• At 2:18 p.m., a caller from Stagecoach Way reported one of 10 juveniles in a truck were shooting at a motorcycle. The CHP contacted everyone involved. The juveniles were advised not to play with an airsoft pistol.


funny thing is it was a paint ball gun ! :)
another funny thing is. what the f*%& was CHP doing on a private road.
hmm.. sounds a little weaird to me. but yet the quest to get team kronic's name on the map is in progress!! lol

great idea... shoot at someones motorcycle. they probably didnt call chp, but some chp officer was closest. its probably better to shoot at stuff where other people cant see you. even though its a private road, people still live there. someone obviously saw you shooting a motorcycle.

wow chill it was for a video and it was all staged! we knew the guy on the dirt bike and it was a jack ass stunt! he got $ 15 buck to let us shoot at him on his dirt bike in a staged chase! for a into video we are doing

Yet... how did the police and police blotter become involved? That's the crap we as a whole DO NOT NEED!

you really have to be very careful when dealing with paintballs.
when someone beats the crap out of someone with a baseball bat - no one blames the sport of baseball. But when someone gets in the paper for shooting someone with a paintball marker... paintball IS blamed.
As a growing sport, with little coverage, a lot of people really don't know enough about the real sport of paintball to decifer these news reports. It's bad enough for us woodsballers anyway - don't screw it up any more than it is already.

Paintball markers shoult ONLY every be fired at a paintball field in gameplay (or of course chrono or testing) NEVER on roads at moving vehicles or people without goggles ASTM approved for PAINTBALL USE. (no, motorcycle goggles do NOT meet ASTM standards for the sport of paintball) This is why companies like JT, Dye Precision, VENTS, and Brass Eagle make goggles designed for the sport.

Let this be a lesson to all who read this post.
