Those have been discussed on MCB before. If I recall it's like 60 pump strokes per 1 cu. in. at 3000 P.S.I.

So... to fill a 68 cu. in. 3000 PSI tank would be around 4080 pump strokes. lol

Those are meant for expensive pellet airguns with internal air pressure chambers that are quite small, unfortunately.
