duracoat is your anwser if you want to do it yourself. otherwise look into getting it anno'ed.
below is some ripped off info for duracoating a gun.
heres a link to buy it: http://www.houtsenterprises.net/dur_all_colors.html
Shopping List
Paint. (Duracoat, Krylon Fusion, Brownells Aluma Hyde , etc...)
Xacto blade to lift stencil from backing and to trim stencils as needed.
3M Blue low tack Paint Masking tape.
--Cleaning Supplies--
Denatured Alcohol for rinsing.
M.E.K or Jasco paint stripper/cleaner.
Stiff paint stripping brush
Lint free towels for cleaning
High grit sanding sponge
--Optional Materials:--
Painting jig to hold the weapon. I simply dropped a chain from the ceiling with a hook on the end to hold the weapon
Sandpaper for metal (for anodized parts) You will want to clean your marker as best you can to remove all dirt and oil (include finger oils.)
Dirt and oil will interfere with paint adhesion.
Cleaning
Dissassemble your maker, then using latex gloves clean your weapon. The gloves will protect your digits from the cleaners and also keep you from depositing oils on the soon to be painted weapon.
Decide whether or not you want to strip the paint off of your old marker. M.E.K or Jasco paintstripper will peel it all off. Alternatively you can have your parts sandblasted/beadblasted by a local machine shop or paintshop.
When working with chemicals of any sort, its generally a good idea to test it on a small surface (Say the bottom of your marker) to see how it reacts. Same with your hopper. I had no problems with M.E.K on my Model-98 but when I applied it to an OpsGear handguard on my A5 is tried to melt the plastic.
Rinse it with water and wiped down with alcohol.
CAUTION
MEK and paint strippers are nasty chemicals to work with. utilize proper protective equipment and procedures.
Gloves, Paint respirator and work in a well ventilated area. DO NOT TAKE CHANCES WITH YOUR HEALTH!
DuraCoat Refinishing Notes
Generally you need only wait overnight, or 1 hour if baked at 110 degrees F, to reassemble and fire you weapon. Most abrasive solvents, cleaners, and lubricants can also be used at this point. Full cure time for DuraCoat is three to six weeks.
When using multiple colors, such as camouflage patterns, DuraCoat Clear will even out the sheen, or reflection differences between colors, giving your surface an even, finished appearance.
DuraCoat colors can be mixed with each other to match any color in the Spectrum.
DuraCoat can be applied in a multitude of textures, with dry film thickness from .25 mils to 1.5 mils. You may add more on high-wear areas where tolerance is not an issue. The thicker and heavier you spray, the shinier your finish will become.
The ideal mixing ratio of DuraCoat to DuraCoat Hardener is 12 parts DuraCoat to 1 part Hardener. You can make your finish glossier or shinier by adding a little more Hardener, up to 10:1. You can make the finish duller, or more matte by using less Hardener, down to 14:1. Any greater or lesser ratio of Hardener may negatively affect durability.
To remove any adhesive that remains when you peel off your stencil, user mineral spirits and a clean rag. Mineral spirits will not remove the newly applied DuraCoat, but will dissolve the stencil adhesive. Stencils may be reused many times.if all else fails this is a direct quote from the duracoat site:
"If I have a problem applying DuraCoat, what can I do?

PK selective and many others will do an PB gun for less than $200 for a VERY good quality anno that will LAST.
IMHO painting (unless airbrushed) should never be done.
Duracoat is another option, it's a paint that is made for firearms and stands up extremely well, only downside, not so glossy and shiny.
there are a few anno places in town actually, check the phone books

if you REALLY want to go a cheep route... here's what you do
strip the current coating off... if it's anno, you'll need to put it in an acid bath. Sand out all imperfections with a 300g sandpaper. Using automotive primer put on a good coat... sand with 300, another coat, sand with 400. Use an automotive ENAMAL paint. using 3-6 coats, let dry between each coat. sand with 2000g paper, then put on 4 or so coats of clearcoat
there you have a super shiny marker that SHOULD stand up to wear about as good as duracoat

noone wants to anno valves but agd... i would say about 99.9% of the ones youve seen were done factory. the tolerences are too close. i have asked around a bunch i kinda wanted to to a drab color on mine. but he would be able to do the rest for that if not cheaper i think.

tolerances? propper anno (anything not done in a 5 gallon bucket at home) won't come close to messing up anything - but that's OK I'll stick my my trusty PK selective for that - they can do the whole bit for under 200 for me ;) they've done stuff for me before (and it's who brian and I send all our suspension parts to get annoed) - that's about the only part I want fixed... since someone scratched it all up - then put what looks like nail polish on ther with their combat boots to cover it up - the rest I'll duracoat myself - I have all the airbrush equipment to do it

i was gonna ask if you had one, i thought you did for some reason. can i use it, i already decded i wanted to powdercoat for my pump mag. i am gonna place a order do you know what colors you want, might as well cut down on shipping and get it together.

I have an airbrush, not a powdercoat gun
I figured I was gonna wait until I had all the stuff I needed before I started anyway - turns out Lucky is no longer in the US - I can't get anyone to redeem my credit for the tank that I bought - so I'm through with them. - gonna have to find a new barrel system - I'm thinking stiffy (don't want any SP stuff on my gun, otherwise I like that all american barrel)

Lucky does have some of the best new products out this yet - I just have a thing about companies that go out of country and in doing so screw their customers

for the color I wanted to use Matte Black or maybe even Mission black. I want a really really flat looking black - should make it all look like one piece which will be super nice

Clearcoat will ruin the shiny metallic gold finish, if that's what you're going for. I do airbrushing if you would like it painted, but for a metallic finish, annodize it. Seriously.
